VISA INFORMATION & LETTER OF INVITATION

Participants from outside South Korea may need to apply for a visa at the South Korean Embassy,
consulate, or other visa-issuing office in their country of origin. Ensure that you have a visa in time for the
symposium by beginning the visa process early. For information on obtaining your visa, go to

Supporting document for visa applicants-Invitation letter

Many visa issuing offices require that you present a letter of invitation to the symposium along with your visa application. Upon your request, ISPCM2019 will send a letter of invitation to attend the symposium. This letter outlines the reason for your travel and can be used as a supporting document in your visa application.

If you would like a letter of invitation, please CLICK HERE and fill out REQUEST FORM and submit as soon as possible. If you need a printed letter of invitation, please check the right lowest box.

Please note:
- Be sure to include your complete name, mailing address, country of origin, email address, paper number and title(if applicable). If the letter is not to be sent to you, please include the recipients name, mailing address and email address.
- A letter of invitation does not guarantee that a visa will be issued. Visa officers assess the applicant to determine whether they meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
